How to find the last score of Arthur Morris and crown key ?

Hello,
How to find the last score of Arthur Morris?
I read in the guide that you need the key to the crown but I can't find it either.
There is also a statue in the chapel which contains a lock in a skull but I also don't understand how to find the key.
Can you help me please ?

Did you meet Andrew?

You should have come across the Crown key if you've finished the boss fight with Andrew. (This is the section where you can't move unless the music is playing on the piano.) When Andrew falls asleep, the key will be very near him on the edge of the stage platform.

Once you find the key, check the chapel again before you talk to Elizabeth.

I did not do this..
Yesterday I went to the attic, saw a beheaded woman (I don't understand who it was), and I was pushed into the void by a person (I don't understand who it was either) and I ended up in the basement with my broken Phonic Modulator, I stopped there, and now the goal in my journal is to go back to the hotel to find the last Music sheet.
So what should I do now?

Yes I have attention deficit disorder, which makes it very difficult for me to follow the stories and the characters in games or movies ..: '(

Good to know that it's not real Alzheimer's. But i know the symptom you have described - it is called gradually getting older!
The following about the game: You are dealing with the family of your beloved (only in the game!) Elisabeth. The big guy is her uncle, the second, stronger enemy, in the later course, is her father. Most of the sneakers you encounter in the corridors of the hotel are guests or unknown family members of Elisabeth. Furthermore by pressing TAB you can see your inventory with all items or documents, you still have collected. By pressing M ( so far as i can can remember me :-) you see the map, which parts you'll find in boxes lying around. On this you'll see where you have to go to next, to find music cylinders, special key doors or simply the ventilation shafts, through which you can save yourself major detours if the way is blocked (later in the game!). You can also rebind your keyboard functions in the game menu.

Thanks for your long explanation of the story, that's very kind of you, it's not "gradually getting older!", In united states they call it TDA.
I can't display anything on the map, that's for sure every map now and my inventory.

Ah, you are from France ! In relation to your screenshots, i have to admit that the yellow cursor is missing there, by which you can see where you are and on which direction you have to move next - i wouldn't be able to get along without it, too. The areas which your character has already visited, should be "grayed out". It seems like a strange bug in your game files. By the way how did you get this screenshots online ? Do i have to have use the Microsoft One drive for it ?

The yellow cursor is visible at the bottom right on the 5th capture.
Yes the areas that I visited are in gray and the black ones are the ones that I cannot visit. :(

Yes, thank you very much for this internet site ! On your next step you have to reach the
room on the far right side of the map ( picture No. 6 ). Where you got the first music cylinder. Here is a statue standing, in whose hand the metal skull with the lock is. You received the key for this on the end of the so-called boss fight with "mister papa at the piano". The key lies on a pillow in front of the piano. To get to the statue with the skull lock, you have to crawl through the right (not wrong) ventilation shaft, because all direct routes which will lead you to it are blocked now. I hope i could help. If not the only chance is to watch a gameplay video on U-Tube or similar. Best wishes and good luck.

I just finished the game, I understood why I was stuck.
I hadn't been fighting the final boss, Elisabeth's dad who plays the piano.
In fact, the room (with the green cross) which is after crossing the duct (Green arrow on the screenshot) was grayed out as if I had visited it before but had not visited it.
It is for this reason that I cannot find the crown key that inside once I have defeated Elisabeth's father who plays the piano.
I don't understand who the beheaded woman in the attic is, is that Elisabeth's mother?

it might be just a model of human body, because the dead can not stand up!
the map of the games is quite large and complex. there are many rooms and corridor construct together and sometimes you think you are on right way, but it is not going anywhere.
even though you passed the game, there are still a lot of hidden tasks and goal that you have not done yet, which may play 2 or more times to complete this tasks.
so not to worry about sticking in some places. all of us are confused about how to pass some odd
scene which we are not familiar with. that is what i want to say

It's one of the dressmaker's forms (mannequins) with someone else's head on it, probably one of the maids or a hotel guest. Prudence (the mother) died three years before the events happening here and probably wouldn't be so well preserved, but there are tunnels under her grave and it does look like Elisabeth...
I think the player character at this point in the game is also a little bit insane, so it could be a trick of the mind.
