Coop campaign issues

I'm glad I can now play campaign with my friend, but I have a couple suggestions for making it a little more...streamlined.

The first is a vote to continue to next mission after completion of one.

The second is to allow cutscenes to play between the missions. My friend's waited till coop came out to play the campaign and now we have to break off every time a new cutscene unlocks.
