They included the 1920+ DLC when I bought the game. I don't know what it does

It is the same game. They just have two versions. Likely it was due to how they packaged the original game.

If you look at the bundle, it includes the base game Iron Harvest and then you pay for the Iron Harvest 1920+. So what I think happened is that they just updated the game and the title.

Sort of confusing. I had to look at the fandom wikipedia page. But they don't indicate any difference from Iron Harvest and Iron Harvest 1920+. So it is just a product packaging thing. Think of it as like a Playstation Greatest Hits: Gran Turismo versus regular Gran Turismo.

I wonder why they called it a DLC instead of a patch?

I am really not sure. It looks to me like a bug or some "political/packaging" issue and not any DLC or gameplay change issue. The price remains the same. Also if you look at the release dates, the "DLC" or Iron Harvest 1920+ was released August 31, 2020 and the game Iron Harvest was released Sept 1, 2020. Hm... strange right?

I think they had to correct the title pretty much. This is a small development "indie" team that release the game. I think they are also [edit: German*] so it just might be a mistake and they never corrected it in any official manner?

After my last post, I was curious so I went to "manage DLC" before I started the game. 1920+ was shown, but instead of the "Enable" button, like other games, there is "Install" next to the DLC. I unclicked it and started the game. It still started as 1920+. So I exited the game and went back and clicked "Install". Started the game again and it started downloading like a new game. I didn't play much so I didn't care if I lost my progress. Started the game again expecting to lose my progress, but it was saved. Bottom line, there is only 1920+
