I backed the game a long time ago to kickstart funds for the developers do we get the new Usonia (Operation Eagle) for a discounted price at least?

No. Why would you? It's outside of the scope of anything promised in the KS.

I got the deluxe on KS and all my stuff was on the king arts website, could pick gog or steam. my Operation Eagle will be there as well when its out the other dlc was.

Per the devs, the "Deluxe" tier kickstarter is not equivalent to the steam "Iron Harvest Deluxe" package. The Operation Eagle DLC wasn't even in planning during the kickstarter, and as such is not included.

Or maybe I'm wrong. Search it, there were a bunch of topics and dev responses about it around the time of the last sale.

I don't see why I should not, its says Iron Harvest - Deluxe Edition (KS) and I got all the other things in the steam Deluxe Edition, only difference was I got to pick gog or steam, I got Rusviet Revolution for free + art + music ect.

Yes it's a shame.. we got only an artbook that excuse me was not worth for the support, and "Iron Harvest - Deluxe Edition" with russviet dlc..

The free DLC campaign was the 1.5 mill stretch goal. You didn't reach it. So, it's not free.

You're saying that the kickstarter deluxe should be the same as the steam deluxe version?

I guess you'll need to get your portrait frame and stuff taken out of the game, and go back in time and lose access to betas, feedback community etc. Or, you know, realise that it actually is two different things.
