Nope, Relic can't sue this company...well tehnically they can do it if they tried real hard but it won't worth the effort and money spent.
You forgot... same UI, same retreat functions, same movement, same hiding in buildings, same line of sight, same concept entirely, just a different skin and sounds....
So if I build a Chevy Camaro, then repaint it, I can sell it as a new car? LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
If you could, command and conquer 95 would the be only strategy game to exist.
And yes, this is not the clone of CoH, cos... ITS DIFFERENT! Omg, but in any art actions (include movies and games) having diffirent artstile is enough to be not sued. And this game at least have diffirent art style, and i think it has diffirent company, diffirent story, sound, diffirent engine.... So in similaryties there are only menu stile (absolutly standart for 99% tactics of last 2 decades), unit types (it's so strange that real world type combat armyes has gunners artyllery and grenadeer somehow) and genre.
Definitely agree.
Game so far feels like the lovechild of COH and DOW. I loved both so I am looking forward to getting to try this out with the heroes and other faction/s. Glad you guys stepped up to keep those games and the genre going.
