Height adjustment?

Hello, I'm wondering if there's a way to manually adjust height, I have to go on my tip toes to get some notes D:

Yes, you can go into the settings and lock your height at whatever level you need. I typically don't have a problem setting it at my actual height, but I did set my height about 2 ft lower when trying to pass the challenge where you have to swing your arms a certain distance - it makes it much easier. Be aware that if you set your height much lower then you'll have trouble ducking under barriers.
