Black Screen ONLY & Sound - HELP!!!

When I start Sam & Max: Ice Station Santa all I get is a black screen and audio discussing setup. No input has any effect (that I can tell.)

That's more than I get on other S&M games. JUST a black screen. (I bought them ALL.)

PLEASE, i really want to play these games.

Not sure if it works on Mac, but if you have some sort of Alt-Enter equivalent, you can try that.

Im having the same problem, its not a huge deal i can play it on my windows computer but i would love to have these games for when traveling. were you able to find a solution?

I've just had the same problem, funny artefacts on the screen on initial boot, sound but can't do anythnig. Anyway, just try Command+F and you'll go into windowed mode where you can play the game fine.

2020 I have this problem. Sound with a black screen MAC OS they should have sorted this issue .

2021 I also have it. In my case, I see a red screen while I hear the calibration sounds. I tried Cmd+F and it worked exactly one time. After that, it just crashes.

It's the same for all season 2 games.
