How to get full screen?

if you use amd card there is no solution for full screen. Only mods.

i cant even open it. I played this game when i was a kid in early 2000s, ive searched it for ages and once i bougght it i cant open cos it gives me an error that says "Error to switch to 1024 x 768...." with lots of digits after 768, idk what to do, pls help me
