Leskinen pairing Okabe with Maho

On TVtropes, it claimed that Alexis Leskinen would try to pair Okabe with Maho in the anime, but in certain routes of the VN switch over to trying to get Amadeus Kurisu to fall for Okabe in certain routes. This detail had been eliminated from their page.

So was th einitial claim just flat out wrong and the current page fixed it?

Or are their certain routes he tries to get his AI to fall for Okabe? I'd like to see that. It certainly isn't happening in Twin Automata On the account of him being too dead to do so or antinomic duel. If it does happen, I'd like to know which one.

Going to spoiler tag this stuff since I don't think it is shown in the anime yet First of all, I think professor is trying to get Okabe to speak with amadeus as much as possible in order to glean new information which she doesn't know yet or is not willing to normally show him. in them talking more often, sometimes Okabe's previous relationship starts to show again. Secondly One of the reasons the professor is putting them together is to try and get more ways to get information out of Okabe, and be able to track maho's research while Also looking for kurisu's laptop. part of one of the endings Another reason is to brainwash Maho and lead her to divulge specific information and bring Okabe to the professor
Personally, I think he's trying to push Okabe and Maho the entire time, and Amadeus happens to take a great liking to Okabe, so he tries to push that as well for personal gain.
