Where are these creatures?

Having completed all three books, I'm missing two creatures from the creature codex. In which book(s) will I find the Giant Scorpion and Poison Ivy?

Poison Ivy is in the first book (Deathtrap Dungeon).

Thanks Battlekruse. I'll start another playthrough from the beginning on higher difficulty and hopefully I should be able to pick them up.

The Giant Scorprian is also in Deathtrap Dungeon I discovered.

Poison Ivy is the troll that pulls you up from the lift. It is possible to bribe her and avoid the fight.

Vicious Mole and frog are the 2 i didin't find. If you have idea ^^.

Frog is in the sewers in Zengis in book three. Don't know where the mole is.

Edit: Mole is a random encounter in Starstone Cave in 3.

It's possible this might be a random encounter monster at mystery event loctions in ToC. The only other location i can think it might have been is the final battlefield in AoD.
