Windows XP no sound problem solution

Game works well under Windows XP, but there is no sound at all.
Problem can be fixed by replacing openal32.dll.

All you need - download GZDoom 4.7.1 32-bit and replace original HROT openal32.dll by the same dll from GZDoom 4.7.1 32-bit.
It has size 988 672 bytes and CRC32 0x80A408FE

Probably a "it depends" situation.

I still have a few XP systems, including an older 2006-era system / GeForce 6200. v1.0 works there, including the audio without any DLL changes.

A bit slow though. But it does work (which is impressive in itself).
