best hard mode gundam

whats the best gundam to use in a first play through of hard mode im using seravee right now but since his damage comes from his guns and i keep running out of ammo i end up waiting to reoad before i manage to kill any enimies

If you are into Sharpshooters, there are plenty of Gundams to be suggested like Full Armor ZZ, Banshee Norn, Hi Nu & etc, and there are several meta tier list compiled by the players.

You may farm some parts to increase the stats of your Gundam like ammo amount + Ranged damage in Stage 7D by defeating Neo Zeong (MA bosses drops good parts with fixed stats) while farming some capital to increase the level of your unit.

OR you can just grind Hard stages in Directory 1 ~ 4 to farm capital and hope for the good parts to drop.

I think the best single suit to focus on is Full Armor Unicorn. Not because it's overpowered - though it is strong - but because it gives you the most variety. You get a strong sharpshooter moveset with arguably the best Main Ranged in the game, a good area attack in the missile subweapon, and a strong cannon for single targets. It builds SPA fast, and fully transforms into a solid Infighter afterwards with nasty break and combo potential thanks to its Psycho Wave. The transform also reloads your subweapons, so you're a little less reliant on meter during a period where you don't have the high-level pilot skills that really push sharpshooters over the top.

When you're struggling for the cash to upgrade a variety of suits, the FAUC keeps you engaged. It's also a cool looking chunky boy.

If it has a downside, it suffers against I-Fields since the ranged weapon has issues breaking it on its own, so you lose the massive SPA gain and extra damage.
