How will you solve the problem? When a player hacks a game file and takes the dlc out early.

The problem is that it makes other players want to get the dlc to play prematurely. Find a way to hack the file, which is no different from using a cheat program.

They probably won't do anything because it's a single player focused game, there's no anti-cheat, and if someone is cheating you can leave during it.

People should be allowed to play the game the way they want for a single player game cheating or not. If people don't want to be spoiled they probably shouldn't look up specfically DLC 3 stuff, because atleast for me personally going through about 4 pages I didn't get anything for new DLC besides speculation

I get it. You guys don't care about cheating or hacking any game. If you are not affected or not an online game By being like this, you encourage the use of cheats and game hacks.

it's a Single Player game, it's not effecting you people have the right to play the game anyway they want. Stop trying to dictate how people should enjoy their own game.

What you are doing is pretty much elitism, you don't like people playing a game a certain way so you want it removed even though it has no effect on you what so ever.
You don't care about any issues you just want to feel high and mighty about something that does not actually effect people while actual issues you ignore.

This is a Single Player/PvE game no one cares if someone is hacking or cheating and if you don't like it you can easily just make your own room and remove that player from lobby. If this game was PvP I'll agree with OP but it not so I'll disagree with them.

i think the real argument is not single player or multiplayer. It's more a pve game where we work together, with key point being working together. If a guy feels like he really needs to cheat on a pve coop game, that's a shame, can easily just boot him and play with legit ppl. If it's a competitive scenario then that's a different ball game.

Depends on the type of hacking. There are some people that have hacked EDF, for example, to drop thousands of armor per match. If you join one of them unknowingly, you can break the intended progression of the game by getting absurd amounts of armor instantly. You can tune your armor level in EDF, but it's more natural to just set it at maximum and let it increase as you play, going up as you challenge harder levels.

Similarly, I can imagine a hack for getting absurd amounts of capital per match in Battle Alliance, but the game explicitly tells you the intended level for each mission, so it wouldn't be all that difficult to tune yourself down.

Anyway, point is: you can have your save "ruined" by other people hacking in PVE games.

The thing is in this game Drops are all Client side, so someone with Capital Hacks or Increased Drops would not effect other people because everyone gets their own loot.
That's why Capital parts only work for people who have it equipped and pick up stuff
