I would just abandon the mission immediately when I was using all Beam if my Wing Zero and Quebeley partner both died while grinding the last boss.
If you're referring to the enemy MS as bosses though (which I feel like you are since you said blue bar instead of purple), easiest thing to do for them is wait till they commit to an attack. Any attack they do will lower their super armor shield, then just use one of your subs to take it the rest of the way and break them. You do gotta look for the gaps to do so, since some of them only lower their armor enough between multiple swings. Alternatively, if you can counter a melee hit from them, that instantly breaks their shield.
If you have Piercer you can break or almost break their Beam Shield in 2 Volleys, you can also get parts that do more damage to anti-beam barriers.
Is a setup on certain pure damage type MS with all attacks are beams, or atleast 4 out of 5 are beams then throw in 4 parts with beam damage alot with the main stats. Which is why paper/sharpshooters are so broken right now, you can stack a single damage type up to around 100%+ another 40-50% main/sub weapon attack + 600-700 range attack then along with reload or use limit depends on which suit to make literially unlimited ammo. Works especially insane with Banshee Norn and Hi-Nu and also other full beam range MS.
