Because it would make sense?
If you get the classic Nu Gundam and Sazabi, why do they only go with Hi-Nu Gundam for the alternate version instead of going all the way?

Could be the same reason why the Zeong isn't playable, it is just too big. Nightingale might as well be a MA due to it large size(it is classified as a MS tho).

The Nightingale is big but as a SD I don't feel that is that big with respect to the other sd

If they did that, it would be out of scale. Example, once again the Zeong. The scaling of Zeong in this game is on point. It is the proper size when given it's legs to make Perfect Zeong.

Also due it large skirt and wings? It will cover up a lot of the screen. It is hard enough to move the camera around in tunnels and other confined space as is, imagine doing it with Nightingale.

Look at how huge it is compared to Strike in Gundam Extreme Vs. Maxi Boost. By the way, I too want Nightingale ingame as well and I do hope it comes out as one of the free update or DLC.
