Game crashes at authentication

My game freezes at the "authentication" part and just crashes with a code, the code says something about unreal engine and thats it. I can't even play the game.

so I understand the issue, you get past the logo screen, and when it says to authenticate, your game crashes? Do you have a screenshot of the crash? what kind of video card do you have?

I had a similar problem
When I try to login to the game, I failed authentification through Steam
I am try to login through the accoutnt that I have register on ( http://www.relicraiders.com>login ) BUT I can not log in to the game as the "LOGIN" button does not work
I hope for response from the developers or support service
What should I do?
P.S. My video card is GTX 960M, CPU - 6300HQ, 8 GB RAM. Screenshot of my problem in my saved screenshot in Steam profile

I've had a look at your screenshot. Very weird. We are no longer using that login system for logging into the game so that login will not work. We now only authenticate through Steam. Can you confirm that the steam overlay is active and that steam is not in offline mode when you play? Thanks!
