Weapons for mages and clerics for the second row?

Hi.

I dont find any weapons for my magic units in second row.
Other dungeon crawlers let me use some weapons who have that special like bows.
But bows cannot be used by mages.

yes i am using them but they cannot attack? only throwing stones is not nice ^^

Clerics and mages can use knives and throwing stars besides there spells.

thx. i used them. but in normal rpg games they can use their own weapons from second row. they are no trwowing experts. that is not rpg like.

I miss attacks with long staffs or long weapons from the backrow with mages and cleriks too.
