bad lag and overall just doesnt work with my quest 2

i use direct link cable with the quest 2 i played this game for about an hour and next time i launched it when i load into my save the game gets incredibly laggy with screen tearing its unplayable anyone know whats going on?

See for graphics settings, I had such situations at the first launch, but on other goggles.
After setting the graphics, it was already good.
