I will do another run through of the game where I will try to locate sandbox npc pills. If you guys could please also help look for all the npc pills in the game that would be greatly appreciated.

1. Museum level- first pill with null body npc is in the vending machine next to the shooting range.

Dungeon - you need to scale the wall with the room with hanging cages to get the pill, then stand on the top of an upside-down turned bin and climb up the rafters inside one of the Jail cells to get to the reclamation bin. This is for the Ford pill.

you got plenty in the tower (vertical level with the vehicle from hover junkers) in a shop you get to open with red key

I think the box behind the fence towards the end of Streets level had a pill for the Big Rolling Ball enemy. Don't remember 100% though.

There are 2 npc in the tower level, first is the headset zombies that is located above the elevator that takes you to the next scene, there are neon style lights u can climb up like a ladder to reach it. The second is located on the floating grass platform in the middle at the top. You can jump on one of the floating spheres to get to it.

I know for a fact one of the fordotype zombie guy pills are in the sewers level near the end of the level i'll have to try and find it again tho

What do you do with the pills ? I've found a couple but didn't know what to do with them. DO we store em in our inventory and use the portal thingy at the end of the level to save em ?

Ones i've found so far:

Null body - Beginning of Museum (Purchased)

Omni Turret - Runoff (Above the room the player falls in with the three buttons. Requires jumping across three moving lifts.)

Omni Wrecker - Streets (In an alleyway near the street where the player launches them self over.)

Ford EarlyExit - Sewer (Right before the room where the player gets swarmed by headsets and virus infected Fords there's a purple key at the top right on top of the sewage drain. Shoot it down; unlocks door with neon skulls/graffiti saying "Do not enter.")

Ford - Dungeon (Above the cell where the Reclaimer is there's a gap on the other side that you can jump to.

Ford Head - Tower (Center floating grass platform. Use the floating spheres to jump to it.)

Ford VRJunkie - Tower (Open the door to the final elevator and get ready to jump onto the rooftop to the left of it.)

there is one for the zombie looking guys in the canal level. it is at the end of 3 moving platforms and is very frustrating to get.

It looks like you haven't taken the collectible from the warehouse yet. If this one seemed frustrating then there you'll be furious :)
When you spawn, look at the roof on the right, the box is on the edge of the roof.

P.S. Also at the warehouse there is another collectible, it is very easy to get it. At the end of the level, look up at the pipes above the train, on the right side of the wall there will be a box on them, just shoot it and catch the collectible.
