You haven't 100% unlocked everything. There are NPC's missing in Sandbox and not all melee weapons are unlocked on the shelf of Arena

3 NPC's that you can't current get the capsules for. Arena is untouched as stated but I still have all of the weapons from the Story.

BoneTome is the best site for Boneworks mods, and if i remember correctly, was created by SLZ. Also has mods for other games like H3VR. All safe, and fairly easy to install. Youtube can help with instructions, and save games are extremely basic stuff. Do some research on it.

I have a YouTube tutorial. Probably newer and better ways to unlock all but I can assure all of you this is safe, not sure if its still 100% up to date but it should have most of everything
