The first key is behind the raffle like stand in the corner near the art installation featuring those weird TV set things (you can also pull them) - hit open all the boxes and one of them will be the key. Stick it in your hand gun pouch. Don't forget to deal with the bot thing before you do. The second key is in plain sight on the table through the blue door - again hostile behind the door.
It was inside a box, and I think that's the only time the key was inside a box in the game, so kudos to the devs for staying consistent in gameplay and level design.

Spoiler tags are not difficult.
So in the Streets section when you enter a raised courtyard there are two hostiles, one by the side of the steps and the second around the corner. Take those out and there's a MASSIVE industrial like art installation on a large but low plinth arrangement.
Look to the corner on the right and there'll be a raffle with stacks of boxes and an NPC behind it open the boxes to find the key.
Sorted.
I've had to do it twice because YEAH no saves until you complete the whole level WTF DEVS! but I haven't really paid attention it's too satisfying to crowbar, hammer or bring the boxes open.
i don't know
I'm an explorer
I do all the roads.
despite this, from the video I linked, I discovered that I had left a collectible behind.
sorry for my English, i'm not from USA/UK
People will read it so they can complain about being spoiled.
It's human nature.
Then the person would have to read through OP question where he "asks someone to tell PRECISELY where the key is" and go on the thread thinking "I can't see where there might be some spoiler there". At this point you'd really be a do*che to complain.
I understand spoilertags and markups in general threads, but I think people may deserve to not have to hover every sentence with the mouse pointer in this kind of specific threads just because someone may be so freakingly incoherent.
I've had a great day in work and wanted to use some tags. I don't get many uses you see.
