Is there any way to unlock sandbox without completing the campaign?!?!?

Sadly, there is no way except for beating the campaign to access the sandbox, not even beta opens it. (This is as of 12/10/2019)

There is a way to open it, it's through the museum archive door. But it can't open, even though some people have

There is alternative sandboxes than the end-game sandbox, however these sandboxes require you to archive weapons, ammo, and even enemy spawners. Its a pain, the end-game is basically your only resort unless you want to spend the same amount of time archiving.

I just beat the story but I did not unlock the sandbox mode. Am I missing something?

Im not sure exactly the amount, at the end I had 3 pages but the last page only had a single level on it.
