Oculus Link - Virtual hands position off
No problem with any other game, but here the virtual hands/arms are not really where I would expect them based on my physical hands/arms. They are several inches off (too high and somewhat too far apart in comparison to my actual hands) and also the hands angle is odd kind of, making it a real pain to aim with the pistol. The arms also might be too long compared to what I would expect.

Anyone else? Is that a Oculus Touch thing (with the Quest in my case)? It's really taking me out of the game, because it feels so "wrong".

I also wasn't able to get the crowbar pulled out from the back holster a single time once I put it there. And holstering the pistol and taking it was also a hit or miss... Not sure if that has anything to do with the above, but I can imagine.

Increased motion sickness probably due to low frames.

Same here. My controllers are where my forearms are shown in the game.

There have been a few other threads about this/similar issues... Has this been knowledged at all by the developers? Any solution to this (in the works)?

I haven't touched the game since (apart from trying if it got fixed with the recent updates), because it's quite annoying and while I don't want to say unplayable, but makes it difficult and isn't very enjoyable.

I made a post that Cfish responded to. They know it exists.

Did they give an ETA on a fix?

There is a so called "VR InputEmulator" which you can download and patch into SteamVR.
It allows you to change the angle and position of your controllers in SteamVR.

I used it to fix the weapons angle in Arizona Sunshine.
Works perfectly.
Google it.

My controllers are fine in SteamVR, it's just in this game.

Yea and like I said you can change the setting for single games.
Try it and problem solved.

I think we are saying we shouldn't have to deal with that, the devs just need to fix it.

True, but for now you gotta fix it yourself and it is possible and not too hard.

I also have this problem. My virtual hands are out past my real hands and at probably a 30 degree upward angle. It would be nice to have options to turn this to match where my hands actually are.

I also have this problem. In Game controllers have the correct positions, only the hands are off.30 degree upwards and 10cm longer hands than normal sound right. Every other game works. I use AMD ReLive with Oculus Quest. It report an Oculus Rift S to the system/ SteamVR. I tried emulating all other Controllers (Rift CV1, Vive Wands), results in the same offset.
