Frozen Found Game/Join Server Error fix

Right click TABG in the library -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files

Then start TABG, enter and leave the shooting range, and the problem should be fixed for a couple or more matches before you have to do it again.


Waiting also works.



(If this doesn't work, then I guess it's time we all start migrating to community servers, ya?)

I've been having a problem with teams on my community server where instead of multiples of 4 player squads, there are two teams that can just get an unspecified amount of players allocated to them.

I tried limited amount of players in a squad - doesn't work,
I also tried putting a set amount of squads that there can be, but now no one is getting a teammate.

The amount of players that can join is 100, and server wide autoteam is set to true, if you need that tidbit of information.

Sounds like normal server behavior (if I am understanding you correctly), if you wanted it changed you would need to patch the GetNewGroupIndex method. Could also be an issue with a mod you have installed if any.

I would guess you've had issues that would have been solved by restarting the game.

TABG is the reason why I learned about verifying integrity of files, since after repeated attempts at trying to match a game- which includes restarting the game -I had to look up potential fixes for the problem, and verifying files was what worked.

I would ask if you take me for being stupid, but I guess you do since what I say works for me doesn't align with what you say the solution must be.


What I'm trying to say is that you seem to think the problem solely resides with the game right now, but since we keep clashing on what works, for me it was probably my computer. And this might be the case for other people too.
