Taking constant damage to 1hp, max ammo heavily restricted.

I was heading for the next ring when i suddenly started taking damage to 1hp, i had an epic health regen blessing but it did nothing against this random effect, later on at the ring after that, i noticed that my ak could only hold 5 rounds instead of 45 with my weapon mastery blessing.

I've never read nor heard of this before, what caused this? I even took a recording.

I had it happen too. It's the Regeneration blessing, there is currently a bug that reverses the effects when you swap blessing around.
Same thing for the Mastery blessing causing reduced ammo instead of increased.

Just had it happen my last game, I got slowed down a ton too to the point where I was barely able to move.
