Becuase hacking doesnt make the game better, it ruins the fun
They can basically just launch anyone into the sky and ragdoll them outside of the play area.
A lot of them are being ♥♥♥♥♥ with this one, and not even using it to just win right off the bat, they are waiting till like the last few circles and then just launching everyone else left in the arena out of it.

In other words, quit whining. Deal with the ocassional hacker. They're going to exist in 95% of online games.
