No Sound in TABG at all

Since like a year i have had issues with many games suddenly not working with the audio output of my motherboard, but it works from my monitor (with nvidia sound drivers but the sound coming out of my monitor is bad). I have the same issue in all blizzard games (except overwatch) and several steam games like this one.
Well, then you would think "Let's just reinstall the sound drivers from the motherboard support site" but that didnt work. I also tried changing the audio bit-rate, that worked really well but as time went on it worked less and less somehow. I hope to get some insight in what is the problem and how to fix it.

Do you by any chance run Realtek drivers combined with Nahimic?
If so, try killing Nahimic before starting a game.

Yes i think i have both realtek drivers and nahimic enabled. I'll try disabling it somehow.
