How to remove the windows taskbar?

I've set the game to fullscreen to windowed and back, and yet for whatever reason I can't seem to figure how to remove the taskbar from my game, anyone have any ideas?

Sometimes this happens with me on other games. I just open the Task Manager, and close the Windows Explorer (or restart on Windows 10 i think). If don't open again just go on Files, perform new task and type Explorer.exe

Right click on your taskbar, choose Taskbar settings, in the settings turn on "Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode".
