How do I start game?
Do I just click ready and wait for it to start eventually? Or is there a play button I missed somewhere?

you just click ready. it takes a long time but dont worry the devs is fixing it.

Anyone getting the problem where it puts you in a lobby with no one on? I get it a lot and it waits for players for a long time should i wait?

Yeah, I also have the problem where I'm alone in a lobby.
Honestly just try again, or wait until it has been solved.
