Premium shop bug! help!

Any time i open the premium shop, it says everything is 0.00$ and i cant purchase anything. i feel like this may have something to do with the fact i also log in on my phone when im at school i tried looking it up but found nothing about it. pls help!

Hi, thats a common bug on steam, had it too but it let me do the transcation anyways after clicking the price tag, you could try buying what you need directly on the animal jam website as it has almost the same prices that they have on steam (in mobile is almost a 100% more expensive for some reason)

Hi! I have had this issue before, sometimes it happens after an update. I tend to reboot/restart all the devices I play AJ on, and usually it works. Another thing to try is to delete AJ on steam, and then redownload it. These are the easiest strats, If the don't work I have others. Hope this helps!!
