Not been able to log in for Weeks

Me and my partners account on mobile have literary not been able to get in for weeks because of 'server maintenance' we aren't the only ones either as I have seen a few other comments on their tiktok videos and Instagram posts. I have messaged AJ on Instagram and they said they are looking into it but I had to cancel my membership and everything coz I'm not paying any more if idk when I'm going to be able to play again yk. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm UK based so idk if its a UK server problem or what but it's getting on my nerves now
