Animal Jam says "This world is currently under maintenance"

It's said but they aren't actually working on anything at the moment, and even though I'm connected to the internet, when I click "Help" it says "Connect your device to the internet to continue" Any ideas? i just added money to steam and now this, works FINE on phone, plzplzplz help...

you uninstall everything and reinstall
phone is android
computer is windows
not the same system
in steam have the game files checked
try on someone else's computer
buy another computer (hi hi !!)
