ALL MY PETS ARE MISSING

I don't know if this is a glitch, but i logged on today and ALL but the pet i bought today and a kitty are left on my acc. I just bought a love dove recently and that's gone too?! whattheflip! I spent so much money on this game throughout my whole life and I log on and all my PETS DISAPPERED. ALL THAT WORK FOR NOTHING! I don't know if its a glitch or a hack because nothing else seems touched at all. I still have my character animals and my clothes! Please help DX

yes i got hacked i got compensated after a horrible back and forth with aj support even tho i didnt share any info with anyone thats what they blamed it on. i had to find the person who stole my stuff, i sent proof and got sapphires back for my trouble

some safety tips i'd recommend are turning off the "save my info / remember me" feature, aka the auto log in feature, enable 2-factor authentication if you haven't already, and always make sure to log out if you're not planning on playing the next day. AJHQ knows that the auto login feature isn't completely secure and they said it shouldn't be used with high-value accounts (accs with lots of rares, betas, pets, sapphires, etc)

I had done that but still gotten hacked! I'm def gonna be changing my password like 2 times a month now for even more safety, i had lost so much fr. i wish we could change usernames too
