Unfortunately, there isn't a way to directly change the color of your items. However, you can do a few things to try and get the item in your preferred color.

If there is a blueprint for the item, and you're able to buy the blueprint as well as the needed crafting crystals, you can make it in whatever color you like.

You could also ask if anyone would be willing to trade you and "color swap" your item for the color you're looking for.
