aj doesnt let us in

i'm on a server and everyone its reporting that aj and aj classic doesnt let them log in, with just a little exceptions
the phenomenal "something went wrong :(" error message on aj classic
and the classic.animaljam.com and animaljam.com web page showing "403 forbidden", also parent tools doesnt work
i tried the following with no results:
-tried to log in with another account
-installing and launching aj classic on another computer
-restarting my pc
-re-installing
-checking firewall options
i have knowledge the error happens on mac and windows
we want to know whats the problem at least, pls head back to us

I am actually having an issue where it's telling me I can't log in due to a problem error. I have been having this on and off for days.
