Unable to login or create account

Hey, i wanted to know if anybody else is having the issue of when they go to login or create a new account it says that there was acritical error and the only option is to quit. Ive tried everything i can think of to deal with this and nothing has worked. Has anyone else had this issue? And if you solved it, how?

I am actually having an issue where it's telling me I can't log in due to a problem error. I have been having this on and off for days.
