Animal jam please fix this

my animal jam (laptop) won't go past the loading screen, and I've done EVERYTHING i possibly can. I uninstalled and reinstalled, opened more space on the laptop, updated steam, updated the computer, run troubleshooting, restarted the computer, fixed my internet, etc. AJ P L E A S E

have you tried on another machine or tablet if your account has been hacked ?

If you're using a VPN it won't allow you past the loading screen so make sure to turn it off before opening the game, if you use one.
