all my stuff is being deleted and its not a hack i worked so hard for all my stuff and its gone! my pets my clothes and most of my den stuff are gone! plss fix this

I lost all my alphas, all my pets, all my rares, and pretty much anything of value. I have just stopped playing and have been warning people to not waste their money on this game.

I don't know why but for some reason a year ago my 15k sapphires disappeared along with some of my furniture for my den and ajpw devs didnt give me a refund or my 15k sapphires back or anything and at the time i spent a lot of money and im honestly quite disappointed.

Can someone please help me out ? im stuck on the ajpw loading screen for ages and i dont know what to do. I've tried playing for months and its still stuck on the loading screen

The same thing happened to me. I logged on after a few months of not playin and all my items were gone- ones i frequently wore on characters. Ones i purchased with REAL money because i bought them from peoples shops with sapphires.

Contactin AJHQ will do nothin as they will blame this loss on you and your lack of concern for an account you thought would be safe in their hands. They will tell you word for word that "we cannot replace these items" but they suggest multiple things for you to better secure your account- even though its been basically widespread news major hacks have gone through their system. AJHQ refuses to admit they're in the wrong.

Best thing to do is just quit playin AJ and AJPW all together to not support them anymore.
