I lost all my music files on Animal Jam immediately after they did the big head April fools joke and contacted them and they NEVER fixed it. They sent me a generic message. That's it. Never even tried to fix it. I have little confidence in Animal Jam support. Literal months of work vanished. Hope you have better luck than me.

Hello there, I had the same problem which caused me to quit the game permanently. I lost my black spike and many more valuables including all my gems and sapphires. I did not know my email that I used because it was connected to classic and I created that account about 9 years ago. I am glad that I'm not alone on this and I'm also glad people are speaking up about this. If anything, I would like AJHQ to fix this so kids and teens can play without losing their items.

The only way I found to have stable games is to have a PC with Steam in it and nothing else for all your steam games only (which is the most stable platform)
To go on the internet you need another machine, for example android tablet
and note in a notebook the username and password emails used to create the games

Hello, I still think that AJ has a history of everyone's actions and purchases in order to do justice for thefts, substitutes or other abuses and bugs otherwise it's anarchy and the game will be returned to cheaters who will destroy it.
