Problem buying sapphires! Please help

Hi, i was able to purchase a monthly membership easily enough, but a few days ago I tried to purchase a sapphire pack (x650) and it just sits there showing the spinning blue circle.

It asks me to solve the math question, and I select the right answer, and then nothing happens. Eventually the game kicks me out for being idle too long.

I've kept trying to buy them over and over, about 15 times, with no luck.

Does anyone else have this problem, if so, do you have a solution? Is there any other way to buy sapphires?

Hey, thanks for the reply Zunikuu, helpful information. However, Time itself seems to have resolved the issue. I'm guessing it was a busy server issue on their end.
