Keeps saying i was gone for too long

so i finally was able to log into ajpw on steam, its still taking a long time to load and when it finally does it says that i have been gone for too lng yet i havent even played the game. I was not logged into my account on ajpc during this time. whats the problem and how the heck can i fix this i am so close to quitting im so frustrated.
