Beach City The Temple 15/16 Secrets? Need help

I finished the game, and now I spend 2 more hours to find the last freaking secret.
15/16 Secrets.
Here are all the things I can remember: (I got all the Badges)
1.Mayor Dewey's key
2.Pizza delivery
3.Pizza cutter
4.Yellowtail's bottle
5.Smash rock near by Yellowtail
6.Ronaldo's sword
7.Sadie's ice cube
8.Vadlia's painting
9.Sour Cream's glowstick
10.4 Lion Lickers
11.got Boltron Badge
Please help and tell me if I missed something.

Yes, I cant find any list/guide which shows anything that I have missed. I got all the badges so I think it is either an item somewhere that i never collected or a bug

Did anyone ever figure anything out for this? I got the hidden star in the car wash and off the roof, and smashed the two crystals (next to fryman and on the beach in front of the temple). Is there something else to look for or is it just a bug?

so it's a hidden item, there is not a badge hmm
I tried to boot up the game to see if there is a list of things I have found but I can't see any only the question marks when I enter through a portal,
when I was looking for the things I was missing I was looking at a 100% run, I was only missing the voltron badge
I don't remember a hidden item being difficult to find
I'm sure it's not bucked though, it was very stable for my experience

Looks like the first guy needed to talk to Kofi again to trigger the 100%. I went and tried talking to all the NPCs again but nothing happened. I honestly think there might be a bug with leaving the beach city quests until the end of the game or something. Some people are saying that collecting the message in a bottle and giving it to Yellow Tail are two different secrets, maybe there is a problem with leaving them to be the last two. Either that or there is an item somewhere I have yet to find. I have all 4 quest items, all badges, all weapon upgrades, talked to Buck, and collected every hidden item I can find. I have moved on the Unleash the Light so im done looking around. For anyone else trying to 100% this game (it is removed from steam so probably no one else), don't leave beach city until the end

wait what, is it no longer available on Steam, damn that's a bummer a lost piece of history there, this just have to be a tight-knit community then, sorry at you can't get to 100% man please report back if you ever decide to restart and try again I'll be waiting, never leave a bro behind
