Ruined Ruins Help

I've managed to find most tungsten pieces in the Ruined Ruins, but Peridot says I missed one. I already found the one encased in crystal and the one in the chest on the big ledge behind the cannon guy. The only place left I can think to look is up on that ledge you have to walk up the axe to get to, but that place is walled off.

Could someone who has already completed this area explain to me where I should be looking?
