why this game is unavailable in turkey?

Might be due to the gay subtext for a few characters. While the game is even more tame than the cartoon i heard turkey tends to be quite agressive in censoring such content but don't take my word for it.

you are right that turkey dont allow gay things because of common religion but common religion doesnt allow sexual content.but i still see games depends on nudity and sexual content.
isnt there anything i can do to play this game except torrent.

It's not shockingly surprising - The show is extensively censored in many parts of the world[steven-universe.wikia.com]. Since removing potentially "inappropriate" themes from a steam game would have been much harder, it's probably just easier to ban it entirely.
