Challenge ideas?

So just like the sims, when I get good at a game and used to the mechanics I begin to create some self imposed challenges. Do any of you do the same and if so, what are they? The one I'm doing right now is the "Only hire idols" challenge, where its just the player and the idols. The only way to hire new staff members is to offer an idol a staff position after they graduate.

i made one called the brave girls challenge!
1. start a story mode game
2. release some singles, give them as little promotion as possible
3. once you get the top the charts quest, fire all of your idols and replace them with new ones
4. hire an expert production manager
5. release a pop song with sexy choreography and give the marketing to your expert production manager, and if you want to, use the fans cheat
6. if the song tops the charts, go on nation of idols, then you're all done
