There's one of my idols that almost graduate but she quit in a story in chapter 3 ( i mean she is supposed to not appear right? ) but she is still in my company and also she graduated and now becomes my music producer and also still in my idol list. is this bug ? how to fix this?

It is definitely a bug, both in freeplay and in story mode when an idol graduates you get the option to have her join as part of your staff (I think this is affected by your friendship and/or influence, not really sure though), but the quitting idol shouldn't have a graduation scene; after she quits the group you can't contact her anymore in any way, so you shouldn't have had the option to let her be part of your staff. In fact, (spoilers for one of the game's routes) she doesn't even show up in the story anymore, until you reach the post-game on your rival's route. You shouldn't have received any sort of message, event or cutscene about her graduation.

Maybe the graduation date was too close to the story event and the game couldn't handle the event well? Honestly, I'm not sure what could've happened, the game is still kinda buggy. Can you still interact with your idol? If you so, you could create a save where you fire her from both the idol and staff positions and see if it fixes the issues (I'm not sure if this will give you problems in the post-game though); or go to a save from before the event (if you have any), edit the graduation date so it's a few years after the original one, and continue playing.

I have never had the case where the leaving idol told me she would graduate before the story event occurs and she disappears, I'll try with a new save and edit the graduation dates when I have some time, check if I can replicate this situation and find a way to fix it, or at least know what happened exactly.

OK, so I went around and did everything that came to my mind to try and get the same result, but I can't get the bug to appear, not even if my idol quits one day before her graduation. I'm not sure what happened in your save. I came up with three ideas that may help you:

• Maybe if you return to the beginning of the chapter 3, best case scenario is the event proceeds the way it's supossed to and she quits without any issue.

• If that fails, the other solution I can think of requires some basic "coding" skills, you will be editing your save to prevent her from graduating, so she can quit with the original story event: I only have access to Windows, sorry if you're on Mac, I don't know how it structures the files:

1. Just like with the other solution, go to the save at the beginning of chapter 3 (it is an autosave, so everyone has it), create a manual save.
   
2. Go to C:\[Your user]\AppData\LocalLow\Glitch Pitch\Idol Manager\data\story:mode\[your group's name]\manual_saves\ after this, there should be a folder for every manual save you've created in your playthrough, find the correct one (try sorting the folders by date).
   
3. Once you've opened the folder you will see two files: one is a picture of the building, the other one is a file named save.json. That's the file you need to open.
   
4. Although it's not necessary, I recommend you download Notepad++, since it will make things a bit easier to find, but you can also edit this with the vanilla Notepad Windows comes with by default. So just right click save.json and choose Open with Notepad++ from the menu (or open it with Notepad, it also works). Whichever way you choose to open it, you will find everything you can see on your game screen as lines of code.
   
5. There is a section with the data for your girls, so using the search function (CTRL + F keys) search for either your girl's name, last name or nickname if you gave her one. That will send you to the portion of the file where all of her data is stored, her skills, potential, birthday, your relationship level, etc. The section you're looking for is "Graduation_Date":. Just scroll down a bit and you should find it, This line should give you a date and a time, similar to this one: "Graduation_Date": "2026-03-18 00:27:30", (this is from one of my girls, yours will be different).
   
6. You just need to edit the year, for example, instead of 2026, change it to 2027 or 2028, so it doesn't mess up with the events where she quits the company.
   
7. After you change the date just save the file and reload your game, it should be reflected and, theoretically, you can continue with your playthrough.

• The last option is to try firing her from the staff and idol positions, I'm not sure if this could cause issues in the post-game or later on story mode, however, so I wouldn't recommend it.
