Honestly though, it's best to avoid Scandal Points at all costs.
Is that the intended way?
Other than that you can fire the idol in question (make her graduate), or you can change group policies. Those two are typically the least desirable solutions though, so firing staff is the easiest, especially if you only have 1 or 2 scandal points.
