For me it took about 8 to 9 months after a previous tour to have the fatigue for a country in a good position (somewhere below 20%, which highlights the text as green) to get high attendance rates and even earn some new stars for that specific country.
It seems like a world tour is only viable profit- (and fan-)wise. once per year.
For me it was more or less like this:
Get the yearly award that reduces production costs and then do a world tour which spans over all countries.
When I realized about fatigue I felt the same and that was somewhere in the middle of 2025.
