I was just into Chapter 5
And one of the goal is getting myself 1.2m fans in about 2 month

I currently have 6m fans, and the goal is 7.2m.

It seems it's not necessary to accomplish all goals.
but still, is this possible?

Technically yes but you have to have over 1 M fans to begin with and do really well on several viral campaigns within the month . A crit success on level 10 viral campaign will net you at least a few 100K fans if you have a large fan base to begin with . Having a Meme Queen as the lead vocalist will help with this

Don't really know but I got 5 sister groups based on popular cities in japan(got the idea from AKB48) but i put the max number of members 15 to make it fair
