getting shells

I purchased 100 shells and havent received them...do you need my comfirmation number as proof of my purchase??

Sorry for the late reply! In general, it might take a while until the shells arrive. This might happen because of our maintenance work at night - when you're paying at European night time, it might happen that the payment gets stuck due to the maintenance. Your payment will then be credited automatically in the morning ;) Otherwise, please don't hesitate to contact us! Just write to the support because it's pretty uncool if everybody in the forum knows the details about your payment. The support can be found here:

We'll always try and come back to you as quickly as possible, usually even within 24 hours, although there might be exceptions, for example when we're not fully staffed right now ;)
